Immigration fees from October 1, 2026
For online change-of-status and extension applications, the amount payable to the government depends on the period of stay actually granted. The amounts below include the payment processing fee.

Immigration Bureau fees, certificates, postage, translation and interpreting costs are charged separately. The final fee depends on the facts and documents required. We provide a written quotation before engagement.
URGENT SUPPORT
If your residence period is about to expire, contact us as soon as possible.
We do our best to assist urgent cases, including an approaching expiry date, job change date or employment start date. We promptly review your current status, expiry date, planned activity and available documents, then identify the preparations that should be prioritized.
Depending on the time remaining and document availability, we may not be able to accept the case. Please send your expiry date and the procedure you need through LINE first.
